Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises. Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to detect any suspicious activities or potential threats.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the designated areas. Verify identification and issue visitor badges when necessary.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals within the premises.
4. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during patrols or surveillance. Provide accurate and timely documentation to supervisors or relevant authorities.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and residents by addressing inquiries, assisting with directions, and providing support as needed.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and professionally. Diffuse tense situations and escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary.
7. Security Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control devices. Report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the relevant department.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a Graduate degree. We welcome individuals from diverse educational backgrounds who are committed to the responsibilities of a Security Guard.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this position. We provide comprehensive training to all recruits to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
