Position Available: Security Guard

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards in various locations including Keonjhar, Konark, Koraput, and Paradeep. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, ensuring a secure environment for all occupants.

Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your responsibilities will include:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry. Utilizing surveillance equipment effectively to maintain a high level of vigilance.
2. Access Control: Implementing access control measures to regulate entry and exit from the premises. Checking identification and verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to any emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all occupants.
4. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to all visitors, employees, and residents. Assisting individuals with directions, inquiries, and any other assistance they may require.
5. Report Writing: Documenting all incidents, observations, and activities accurately in written reports. Maintaining detailed records of daily occurrences to ensure accountability and compliance with protocols.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handling conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally. Employing de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts peacefully and maintain a harmonious environment.
7. Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with fellow security team members and other departments to address security concerns and coordinate responses to incidents.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level. We welcome individuals from diverse educational backgrounds who demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of a Security Guard effectively.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We are committed to providing comprehensive training to all successful candidates to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
