Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to monitor for any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry.
2. Access Control: Verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises and ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted access.
3. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to, theft, vandalism, or medical emergencies.
4. Report Writing: Document any security-related incidents or observations in detailed reports, which may be used for future reference or legal purposes.
5. Customer Service: Providing friendly and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees as needed, while also enforcing security policies and procedures.
6. Alarm Monitoring: Monitoring security systems and alarms to promptly respond to any potential breaches or disturbances.
7. Collaboration: Working closely with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel to ensure a coordinated response to security threats or incidents.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify potential security risks.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying heavy objects if necessary.
