6. Report Writing: Accurately document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed written reports. Maintain clear and concise records for future reference.
7. Conflict Resolution: Employ de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts or confrontations peacefully whenever possible. Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
8. Security Equipment Operation: Utilize various security equipment and technology, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and communication devices, proficiently and responsibly.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation. A strong foundation in reading, writing, and basic mathematics is required to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
