Job Description:

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance: Maintain a vigilant presence by patrolling assigned areas, conducting regular security checks, and monitoring surveillance systems to detect and deter any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, directing visitors, and ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry. Enforce security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks, assist as needed, and escalate situations as required.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and clients. Address inquiries, offer directions, and offer support as needed to enhance the overall experience and promote a positive image of our organization.
5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and incident reports documenting any security-related incidents, observations, or activities that occur during your shift. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow security team members, as well as other departments, to effectively communicate security concerns, coordinate responses, and implement preventive measures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders; male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
