Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our client's premises, assets, and personnel against theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security threats. You will be entrusted with maintaining a secure and orderly environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Monitoring: Monitor premises through surveillance cameras, patrols, and regular inspections to identify and respond to security breaches, safety hazards, and suspicious activities.
2. Access Control: Control access points, including entrances and exits, by verifying credentials, conducting security checks, and issuing visitor passes as necessary to regulate entry and exit of individuals and vehicles.
3. Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarms and distress calls, investigate disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve incidents, including alerting law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
4. Customer Service: Interact courteously and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, information, and directions as required to enhance their experience and maintain a positive atmosphere.
5. Emergency Preparedness: Act swiftly and decisively during emergencies, such as fires, medical crises, or natural disasters, by following established protocols, evacuating premises, and administering first aid when trained to do so.
6. Report Writing: Document all security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports, maintaining accurate records for reference and investigative purposes.
7. Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter criminal activity, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with regulations, addressing any violations or breaches accordingly.
8. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices, to ensure optimal functionality and reliability at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Age: Must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods, as well as lift and move heavy objects if necessary.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English or local language.
• Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as per the scheduling requirements.
• Legal Compliance: Must pass background checks and possess necessary permits or licenses as required by local regulations.
