As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary responsibility will be to patrol designated areas, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond to incidents as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, conducting regular inspections, and reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure security and safety. Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems to detect and deter any unauthorized activity.
2. Enforce Security Protocols: Implement and enforce security procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing. Act as a deterrent to potential security threats through visible presence and proactive measures.
3. Respond to Incidents: Promptly respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve them. This may involve coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Assist with inquiries, provide directions, and address concerns professionally and courteously.
5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related incidents, activities, and observations. Prepare written reports as required by company policies and procedures.
6. Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and protocols. Act decisively in high-pressure situations to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals on-site.
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow security team members, as well as other staff and departments, to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8th-grade education is required, with preference given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
