- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire outbreaks, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
- Report Writing: Prepare accurate and detailed reports of incidents, disturbances, and any other noteworthy occurrences, maintaining thorough documentation for reference and analysis.
- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to maintain visibility and deter criminal activity, ensuring a secure environment for all stakeholders.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and disturbances calmly and efficiently, employing de-escalation techniques and following established protocols to maintain order and safety.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures and security protocols diligently, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines to uphold the highest standards of security and professionalism.
