Job Security Guard

Location: Hisar, Jind, Kaithal, Karnal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
2. Security Checks: Conduct routine patrols and inspections to ensure the security of assigned areas.
3. Access Control: Control access to premises by ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
4. Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, observations, and activities.
6. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and employees as needed.
7. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
9. Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems effectively.
10. Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be physically fit to handle security duties effectively.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and ethical conduct.
