Job Description: Security Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Utilize surveillance equipment, such as cameras and alarms, to monitor premises effectively.
2. Security Screening: Perform security checks on individuals and vehicles entering the premises to prevent unauthorized access. Maintain vigilance and attentiveness during screening procedures.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or disturbances. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks, ensure the safety of personnel, and protect property from damage or theft.
4. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to clients, employees, and visitors as needed. Display professionalism and courtesy while addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts calmly and efficiently.
5. Report Writing: Document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports. Maintain accurate records to aid in the investigation and analysis of security incidents.
6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations governing security operations. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
