Job Description:

As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to protect the premises and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will be tasked with monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and enforcing security policies and procedures. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance: Utilize surveillance systems to monitor premises and identify any suspicious activities or individuals. Maintain vigilance at all times to prevent security breaches.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by screening visitors, verifying identification, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. Enforce access control procedures to maintain security standards.
3. Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of personnel and property. Perform inspections to identify any security risks or hazards and take appropriate action.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security threats. Take decisive action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and actions taken during your shift. Prepare detailed reports documenting any incidents or breaches of security protocols.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Assist individuals with inquiries, directions, or other assistance as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to security incidents or threats. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a coordinated approach to security.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduation.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years old.
