Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our client's premises and maintaining a secure environment. Your primary responsibility will be to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals within the designated area.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to identify and address any security risks or breaches. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect suspicious behavior or activities.
2. Access Control: Manage access points by verifying credentials and authorizing entry for authorized personnel. Restrict access to restricted areas as per company policies and procedures.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all occupants.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous assistance to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries, provide directions, and offer support as needed to enhance the overall experience.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. Prepare detailed reports documenting any security-related incidents or observations.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and propose preventive measures to mitigate risks. Collaborate with the management team to implement effective security protocols.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to security incidents and maintain a unified approach to safety.
8. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of security procedures, emergency protocols, and relevant technologies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade to Graduate level.
• Experience: Not required; we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.
• Age: Between 18 to 60 years.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periods. Good physical health is essential for this role.
