Job Description:

As a Security Personnel, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the premises, assets, and individuals within our assigned locations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Maintain vigilance over the premises through regular patrols, surveillance systems, and monitoring of access points to prevent unauthorized entry or suspicious activities.

2. Crowd Control: Effectively manage crowds during events or gatherings to ensure orderliness and safety for all attendees.

3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches by following established protocols and procedures.

4. Access Control: Verify credentials and grant access to authorized personnel while denying entry to unauthorized individuals or those exhibiting suspicious behavior.

5. Customer Service: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to visitors, employees, and residents by addressing inquiries, offering directions, and maintaining a friendly presence.

6. Incident Reporting: Document any incidents, disturbances, or violations of security protocols in detailed reports for further investigation and record-keeping purposes.

7. Collaboration: Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel to ensure a unified response to security threats or incidents.

8. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, or hazards within the premises.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: Not required; we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to male and female applicants.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods; physical fitness assessments may be required.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi or English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
• Integrity: Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and performing duties.
