Position Security Officer

Location: Bhusawal, Beed, Buldana, Chandrapur

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
2. Security Checks: Ensure the security of buildings, personnel, and assets by implementing and enforcing access control measures.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical incidents or fire outbreaks, and take appropriate action.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records and write detailed reports of incidents, observations, or suspicious activities.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally, using de-escalation techniques when necessary.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel to coordinate responses and ensure overall safety.
8. Security Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems effectively.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations governing security operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; however, any previous experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service roles would be advantageous.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry objects, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
