Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, visitors, and assets within our facilities located in Navsari, Okha, Palanpur, and Patan. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any suspicious activities or security concerns promptly. Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to monitor activities and maintain vigilance.
2. Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors gain access to the premises. Enforce access control protocols diligently.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in response to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all occupants.
4. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and professionally, employing de-escalation techniques where necessary. Maintain composure in challenging situations and resolve conflicts peacefully.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare detailed reports documenting any security-related incidents or breaches for further review and investigation.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other security personnel and relevant departments to enhance overall security measures and address any emerging threats or vulnerabilities.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals entering the premises, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduation.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
