Job Description:

5. Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance and support to clients, visitors, and staff members, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken, preparing detailed reports for documentation and analysis purposes.
