Job Description:

As a security team member, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure and safe environment for our clients and their premises. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises through various surveillance systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
2. Access Control: Regulating entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and ensuring only authorized individuals have access to secured areas.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
4. Customer Service: Providing courteous and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance when needed.
5. Report Writing: Documenting incidents, observations, and any relevant information accurately in written reports, maintaining detailed records for future reference and analysis.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with fellow team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate security efforts and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience in security services is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Individuals aged between 18 years to 60 years are welcome to apply.
