Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the assigned location. You will be tasked with maintaining a vigilant presence, deterring unauthorized activity, and responding promptly to any security breaches or emergencies. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Monitoring premises through patrols or surveillance systems to detect and deter suspicious activity.
2. Access Control: Controlling access to the premises by verifying identification and permits, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas.
3. Emergency Response: Responding quickly and appropriately to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches.
4. Report Writing: Documenting incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
5. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
6. Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts or disputes calmly and diplomatically, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
7. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and using designated vehicles, to maintain visibility and security.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders; both males and females are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform duties that may require moderate physical exertion.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
