Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Monitoring and Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized entry, vandalism, theft, or other illegal activities. Remain vigilant at all times and report any suspicious behavior or incidents immediately.
2. Access Control: Verify the credentials of individuals entering the premises, such as employees, visitors, and vendors. Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Act promptly in the event of emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. Assist with inquiries, directions, and other assistance as needed while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any notable occurrences. Keep detailed records of security-related incidents and submit timely reports to management as required.
6. Alarm Response: Respond to alarms and security alerts promptly, investigate the cause of the alarm, and take appropriate action to address any potential threats or breaches.
7. Security Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems effectively. Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions or defects promptly.

Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th-grade education and possess basic literacy and numeracy skills. Higher education qualifications are welcomed but not required.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary for this position. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including those entering the workforce for the first time.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old to be eligible for consideration.
