5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
6. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure and free from hazards.
7. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally, striving to resolve them peacefully.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
