Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
2. Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning outcomes.
3. Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages students to excel academically.
4. Developing personalized study plans and strategies to help students improve their academic performance.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
6. Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
7. Encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and independent learning among students.
8. Adhering to a flexible schedule based on students' availability and academic requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
