Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized and effective tutoring sessions to students based on their individual learning needs. You will create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to address students' learning objectives.
3. Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
4. Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential academically and personally.
6. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and areas for improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Graduation in any discipline is required.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
3. Minimum 1-year teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
7. Proficiency in relevant subjects and academic curriculum.
