Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of a Graduate degree.
- Possess additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or any equivalent certification in education.
- Have at least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 60 years.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the subjects you will be tutoring.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students at their homes.
- Assess students' learning needs and create personalized lesson plans.
- Use a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning.
