Education: Graduate, along with any of the following qualifications - D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized and engaging tutoring sessions to students according to their learning needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Create a conducive learning environment that promotes active participation and understanding of subjects.
3. Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure improvement in their academic performance.
4. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
5. Utilize various teaching resources, including technology and educational materials, to enhance learning outcomes.
6. Encourage and motivate students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and academic achievement.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
3. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
