Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Subject Mastery: Demonstrate a strong command of the subjects you teach, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
2. Customized Learning: Tailor your teaching approach to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
3. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with students to ensure they understand concepts and can apply them confidently.
4. Homework Assistance: Provide guidance and support with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor students' progress regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to help them succeed.
6. Motivation and Encouragement: Inspire students to stay motivated, curious, and engaged in their learning journey.
7. Parental Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication with parents to discuss students' progress, goals, and areas of focus.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in the relevant subject or Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching
• Ability to create a positive and conducive learning environment
