Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' needs and learning goals.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance the learning experience.
3. Providing academic support in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Encouraging active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' performance and discuss progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a relevant field.
2. Valid certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
4. Strong subject knowledge and expertise in teaching students from class 5th to 12th.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
6. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
