Job Title: Home Tutor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting personalized tutoring sessions based on the individual needs of each student.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans to cover the curriculum effectively.
• Providing feedback and support to students to enhance their learning outcomes.
• Monitoring and tracking student progress to identify areas for improvement.
• Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education qualification of Graduate or equivalent.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, and M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit the learning style of each student.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Age and Gender Requirement:

• Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years of age.
