Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective tutoring sessions to students in their homes. Your duties will include:

1. Planning and preparing lessons tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
2. Conducting regular assessments to track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
3. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.
4. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' performance and discuss areas for improvement.
5. Using a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes and promote a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of a graduate degree or equivalent in education or a related field.
2. Certification in teaching such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or similar qualifications.
3. At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or classroom setting.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
