Job Title: Home Tutor

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Tutors in Tiruvallur. As a Home Tutor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of students from class 5th to 12th.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' needs and curriculum requirements.
• Creating and implementing personalized lesson plans to enhance student understanding and performance.
• Monitoring student progress through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Encouraging a positive learning environment that promotes intellectual curiosity and academic growth.
• Communicating effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress, areas of improvement, and learning strategies.

Qualifications:

• A Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience is required.
• Proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student learning styles.

• Age range: 18 years to 60 years.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
