Education Qualifications: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Age Range: 18 years to 60 years

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting One-on-One Sessions: Tailor lessons according to the individual learning needs and pace of each student.
2. Creating Engaging Lesson Plans: Develop creative and interactive teaching materials to enhance students' understanding and interest in the subjects.
3. Tracking Progress: Monitor and assess students' progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback for growth.
4. Building Strong Relationships: Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to build confidence and motivation in students.
5. Communication: Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A minimum of a graduate degree along with a relevant teaching qualification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed is required.
• Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Subject Expertise: Proficiency in the subjects being taught is essential to deliver effective lessons.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in a simple yet comprehensive manner are crucial.
• Patience and Empathy: Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching are key qualities we look for in our tutors.
