Job Title: Home Tutor

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Tutors in Tijara. As a Home Tutor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of students from class 5th to 12th. Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs and goals.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding of various subjects.
3. Monitoring and assessing students' progress through regular tests and assignments.
4. Providing constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate continuous improvement.
5. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
6. Collaborating with parents and school teachers to ensure alignment with students' academic requirements.
7. Keeping abreast of educational trends and implementing innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, and M.P.Ed are preferred but not mandatory.
3. At least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit students' learning styles.
7. Age between 18 to 60 years.
8. Open to both male and female candidates.
