Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing Personalized Education: Tailoring teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
2. Subject Expertise: Demonstrating proficiency in the subjects you teach, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
3. Creating Engaging Lessons: Planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation.
4. Monitoring Progress: Regularly assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
5. Building Confidence: Encouraging students to build confidence in their abilities, develop effective study habits, and become independent learners.
6. Maintaining Professionalism: Upholding professional conduct, punctuality, and confidentiality in all interactions with students and their families.
7. Flexible Schedule: Being available to work flexible hours based on students' and parents' schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduation or equivalent in the relevant subject(s) you will be teaching.
• A teaching diploma or degree such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents/guardians.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
