Job Description:

As a home tutor in Sundargarh, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students in various subjects. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Subject Expertise: Demonstrating a strong understanding of the subjects you will be tutoring, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
2. Customized Learning: Developing tailored lesson plans and teaching methodologies to suit the learning pace and style of each student.
3. One-on-One Sessions: Conducting engaging one-on-one tutoring sessions to clarify concepts, reinforce learning, and address any challenges or doubts the students may have.
4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assessing the progress of your students, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic performance.
5. Motivational Support: Encouraging and motivating students to stay focused, set goals, and strive for excellence in their academic pursuits.
6. Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress, discuss learning goals, and address any concerns.
7. Resource Management: Utilizing a variety of teaching aids, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience and make lessons interactive and engaging.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Graduate).
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed academically.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
