Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized academic support to students based on their individual learning needs. You will create a conducive learning environment that promotes understanding, critical thinking, and academic excellence. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and instructional materials to address students' learning gaps and enhance their understanding of subjects.
3. Assessing students' progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
4. Implementing effective teaching strategies and techniques to engage students and foster a love for learning.
5. Monitoring and tracking students' academic performance and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
6. Encouraging students to actively participate in learning activities and develop strong study skills.
7. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to keep them informed about students' progress and any areas that require attention.
8. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Graduate, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
2. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
3. Strong subject knowledge and expertise in one or more subjects taught in classes 5th to 12th.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
7. Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
8. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
