Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions according to the students' needs and learning styles.
2. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to actively participate and excel in their studies.
3. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum and individual student requirements.
4. Assessing students' progress regularly and providing feedback to parents/guardians on their academic performance.
5. Motivating and inspiring students to set and achieve academic goals while fostering a love for learning.
6. Utilizing various teaching methods, tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse learning needs.
7. Ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment that promotes collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
8. Collaborating with parents/guardians, teachers, and school administrators to support students' overall academic success.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any relevant field with a teaching degree (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards relevant to the respective class levels.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
