Responsibilities:

1. Conducting personalized tutoring sessions for students based on their learning needs and goals.
2. Creating engaging lesson plans and educational materials tailored to individual student requirements.
3. Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to parents/guardians.
4. Implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
5. Encouraging active participation and a positive learning environment during sessions.
6. Keeping track of assignments, tests, and other academic activities to ensure students stay on track with their studies.
7. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, areas of improvement, and recommended strategies for academic success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
2. D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, and M.P.Ed qualifications are highly preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
7. Familiarity with the curriculum and educational requirements for classes 5th to 12th.
