Job Description:

As a Home Tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized academic support to students from Class 5th to 12th. You will create a conducive learning environment that promotes understanding, critical thinking, and confidence among your students. Your role will encompass:

1. Customized Lesson Plans: Designing and implementing lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement.
2. Subject Expertise: Proficiency in one or more subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, or any other as per the curriculum requirements.
3. Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assessing student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments. Providing constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians to track improvement areas.
4. Interactive Teaching Methods: Engaging students through interactive teaching methods, multimedia resources, and real-world examples to enhance comprehension and retention.
5. Mentoring and Motivation: Acting as a mentor and motivator to inspire students to set goals, overcome challenges, and achieve academic success.
6. Communication: Maintaining open communication channels with parents/guardians to discuss student performance, progress, and any concerns or recommendations.

Requirements:

• Education: A minimum of a Graduate degree is required, along with a relevant teaching qualification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred, although fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• Age: Candidates should be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
