Education Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience

Age Range: 18 years to 60 years

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students in subjects ranging from Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and teaching materials based on student's learning needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Monitoring student progress, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters academic growth, critical thinking, and confidence in students.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on student performance and discuss any concerns or areas for improvement.
