Job Description:

As a home tutor in Sasaram, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting One-on-One Sessions: Tailor your teaching approach to meet the individual learning needs of each student.
2. Subject Expertise: Provide comprehensive instruction in subjects relevant to the curriculum of class 5th to 12th, ensuring clarity and understanding.
3. Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework, assignments, and projects to reinforce learning objectives.
4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on areas of improvement.
5. Motivating and Engaging Students: Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and academic growth.
6. Communication: Maintain open communication channels with parents/guardians to discuss student performance, goals, and strategies for improvement.
7. Adaptability: Adjust teaching strategies as needed to accommodate different learning styles and pace of students.
8. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background: A degree in education (Graduate) along with additional certifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
2. Teaching Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or classroom setting.
3. Subject Knowledge: Proficiency in subjects relevant to the curriculum of class 5th to 12th.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi/local language.
5. Patience and Empathy: Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds with patience, empathy, and understanding.
6. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching tools/platforms are an added advantage.
