Job Responsibilities:

1. Customized Teaching: Design and implement personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
2. Subject Mastery: Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, English, and others as per the curriculum.
3. Effective Communication: Communicate complex concepts simply and engagingly, fostering a positive learning environment.
4. Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation to ensure academic progress.
5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
6. Motivational Support: Encourage and motivate students to develop a love for learning, critical thinking skills, and academic independence.
7. Parental Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding students' performance, goals, and areas of focus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum of a graduate degree in any discipline is required. Additionally, candidates with D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed qualifications are preferred.
2. Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in a similar role.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
