Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized academic support to students based on their individual learning needs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students from class 5th to 12th.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
3. Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
7. Proficiency in relevant subjects and knowledge of educational technology tools is a plus.
