Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience. Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

Job Description: As a home tutor in Samastipur, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Creating and implementing personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Providing support and guidance to students in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress regularly to track improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Encouraging and motivating students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and academic success.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns or questions.
7. Utilizing a variety of teaching resources and techniques to engage students and enhance their understanding of concepts.
8. Maintaining a positive and professional learning environment that fosters academic growth and confidence in students.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with a teaching certification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Proficiency in the subjects you will be tutoring (Mathematics, Science, English, etc.).
