Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Explaining concepts clearly and using effective teaching methods to enhance understanding.
4. Providing feedback and assessing students' progress to adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment and motivating students to excel academically.
6. Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns.

Key Requirements:

1. Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
7. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality education.
