Job Responsibilities:

5. Encouraging students to ask questions, participate actively in discussions, and develop critical thinking skills.
6. Assessing students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor teaching methods accordingly.
7. Keeping abreast of curriculum changes, teaching techniques, and educational resources to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
• Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students.
• Ability to work independently and adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.
• Age: 18 years to 60 years.
