Job Description:

As a Home Tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting personalized and interactive tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the individual learning needs of each student.
3. Implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding of subjects.
4. Assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Requirements:

1. Graduation degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student's learning styles and abilities.
7. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
