Job Description:

1. Teaching Responsibilities:
   • Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
   • Planning and preparing lessons according to the student's learning needs.
   • Explaining concepts clearly and effectively to ensure understanding.
   • Assigning homework and practice exercises to reinforce learning.
2. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
   • Evaluating students' progress and identifying areas for improvement.
   • Providing feedback and constructive criticism to help students excel.
   • Administering regular assessments to track academic growth.
3. Engagement and Motivation:
   • Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
   • Encouraging student participation and engagement in lessons.

4. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Communicating regularly with parents/guardians about students' progress.
   • Collaborating with other educators and school staff as needed.
