Location: Ramanagara
Education: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or any equivalent qualification in the education field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience is required.
Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
Role: Tutoring students from class 5th to 12th.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' academic needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies to cater to each student's learning style and pace.
3. Providing regular feedback and progress reports to parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's academic performance.
4. Motivating and encouraging students to actively participate in learning activities and achieve their academic goals.
5. Utilizing various teaching resources, including textbooks, online tools, and educational materials, to enhance the learning experience.
6. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and academic growth.
7. Assisting students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation to ensure comprehension and mastery of subjects.
8. Monitoring and evaluating students' progress to identify areas of improvement and implement targeted interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area.
2. Teaching certification or diploma in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
6. Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
