Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group sessions with students in their homes.
2. Creating and implementing personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Providing academic support and guidance in subjects ranging from Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, to Languages.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress regularly.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' performance and areas for improvement.
6. Utilizing various teaching aids and techniques to make learning engaging and effective.
7. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and academic growth.
8. Adhering to schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of syllabus and preparation for exams.
9. Keeping abreast of educational trends and incorporating innovative teaching methods.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation in any discipline along with a relevant teaching certification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
2. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a home tutoring or classroom setting.
3. Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in students' academic development.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
