Education Qualifications: Graduate, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed Experience: Minimum 1 year Age Range: 18 to 60 years Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' individual needs and learning styles.
2. Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals.
3. Providing constructive feedback and regular progress updates to students and their parents/guardians.
4. Utilizing various teaching resources and techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Encouraging active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
6. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth and confidence-building.
7. Monitoring and assessing students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure comprehension and mastery of concepts.
8. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support students' academic success and holistic development.
9. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
2. Valid certification or training in teaching methodologies (e.g., D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
6. Ability to adapt to students' diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
7. Commitment to maintaining a professional and ethical tutoring practice.
