Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Teaching: Delivering engaging and interactive lessons according to the curriculum and learning objectives.
2. Personalized Learning: Understanding the unique learning needs of each student and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
3. Assessment: Conducting regular assessments to evaluate student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Feedback: Providing constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate continuous improvement.
5. Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with parents to update them on their child's progress.
6. Resource Development: Creating or recommending resources such as worksheets, practice tests, and educational materials to enhance learning outcomes.
7. Time Management: Managing lesson schedules effectively to ensure timely completion of syllabus and revision sessions.
8. Motivation: Inspiring and motivating students to develop a love for learning and achieve academic success.
9. Professional Development: Continuously updating your teaching skills and knowledge through training and workshops.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum graduate degree in any discipline along with a teaching certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
3. Age: Candidates aged between 18 to 60 years are eligible to apply.
4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome.
5. Subject Knowledge: Proficiency in the subjects you will be teaching, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
7. Patience and Empathy: Ability to be patient, understanding, and empathetic towards students' learning challenges.
8. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for teaching and communication.
9. Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing students' academic growth.
